Why does my cat need DentaShield?
Dental problems extend beyond the mouth.
Persistent tartar can release toxins that strain the liver and kidneys, leading to damage and prevalent issues in older cats. It can also cause life-threatening septicaemia by invading the bloodstream directly.
DentaShield features Norwegian Brown Kelp to inhibit bacteria growth and slow down plaque formation. In addition, SHMP (Sodium hexametaphosphate), works in your cat's saliva to bind with calcium and prevent the conversion of plaque into dreaded tartar. How to use Lovebites?
Amount is based on the cat's weight. Chews can be given with their food, or as a stand alone treat.
1-2.5kg (1/2 chew), 2.5-5kg (1 chew), 5-8kg (1 1/2 chews)

B-Calm contains ingredients L-tryptophan & thiamine. L-Tryptophan is a natural pre-cursor for the synthesis of serotonin in the body. Serotonin is responsible for mood, feelings of well-being, and happiness. Thiamine plays a large part in the function of the nervous system, as well as in the metabolism of energy in the body.
DentaShield is designed to have a unique preventative action, using Norwegian Brown Kelp and SHMP. Norwegian Brown Kelp is rich in natural compounds, such as polyphenols, and has been shown to interfere with bacterial growth to help protect teeth from plaque accumulation. SHMP, aka Sodium Hexametaphosphate aids in the prevention of tartar build up by binding with calcium in the mouth preventing it from being able to bind to plaque.
