These mini cat chews contain a combination of concentrated Norwegian brown kelp, high in naturally occurring polyphenols to combat biofilm, and SHMP to aid in the reduction of tartar formation and improve general oral health. Flavoured with natural Australian ovine plasma and tasty mackerel, with no artificial colours, flavours or binders.
Daily Formula: Should be used on a daily basis to assist in ongoing oral health.

While they are meant to be good for my cats teeth, they don't care. They absolutely love the little heart shaped treat.
I recently adopted a young cat from a rescue society, who due to a rather rocky start, has several health issues including juvenile feline periodontitis. To prevent future tooth loss, it is necessary that her teeth are cleaned daily to remove plaque deposits.
She isn’t very obliging when it comes to brushing her teeth, so I give her a DentaShield Chews for Cats in-between brushing, to ensure her teeth and gums get an extra clean during the day.

Maddie is a particularly fussy eater and would not eat chicken necks or other things the vet recommended for good dental health.
